İf you dont have any breast tissue, after use round implant. İts seen more round shape and you have very visiable clivage.

İf you have own breast tissue and if its a litle bit saggy; than if we use round implant the shape is seen betqeen ropuynd and anatomical implant. Mean not to much round, not to much less clivage but seen more natural look.

İf your breast sagging more and if you dont want lifting surgery cut scar; you only have to use anatomical implant.

Because anatomical implant cause more lifting effect than round implant.
