Butt Aesthetics (BBL)

There are 2 methods used in the magnification process:

 

1. Injection of fat taken from the patient's own tissue. It is a process also known as BBL (bresilian butt lift).

 

2. Use butt implants for augmentation.

 

 

 

Butt Fat Injection:

 

İt is the most preferred method.

 

By liposuction, especially the abdominal, waist, and if necessary  the fat collected from other parts of the body (in a sterile manner ) then injected into the butt area.

 

30-40% of the injected fat is lost 6 months duration after surgery. Therefore, in my own practice, I try to thin the waist area as much as possible for a more permanent result. So usually i prefer to do vaser liposuction for it.

If we have a very large and voluminous butt dream, a secondary butt fat injection surgery may be required.

 

 

 

Butt implants:

 

It can be applied as an alternative treatment in patients with insufficient adipose tissue. Specially produced implants are used for butt shaping and sub-muscular plan is preferred.

 

 

Before Surgery:

According to the condition of my patient, a plan is made for anesthesia (narcosis) preparations and an appointment is made. Preoperative photos are taken.

 

Operation Process:

The process of the surgery can vary between 3-5 hours depending on the number of liposuction areas. A hospital stay for 1 or 2 days is sufficient. I often prefer to use drains and I often remove them before discharge.

 

You use your corsets  least 4 weeks. I do not recommend sports activities for 4 weeks because there is a risk of extra bleeding and swelling.

 

 

 

Improvement:

 

You can reduce fat loss as much as possible by using a butt pad and not sleeping on your back. I recommend paying attention to these processes for at least 20 days.

 

Since the surgery is a liposuction procedure, the reduction of swelling  is 3-4. begins like a week, and is completed in a total of 6 months.

 

Special massages are applied in the first months.
